Senior Compliance Manager - Programmes

, you'll play a pivotal role in managing key compliance initiatives, driving best practices, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements. If you're a proactive leader with a passion for compliance and a knack for stakeholder engagement, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.



Lead the planning, execution, and completion of compliance programmes, ensuring timely and effective delivery. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive compliance initiatives and align them with regulatory requirements. Monitor compliance performance, track key metrics, and implement improvements to mitigate risks. Develop and maintain compliance documentation, ensuring accessibility and transparency. Promote global best practices in compliance, fostering a culture of integrity across Vodafone.

Who you are


---------------


A compliance or risk management expert with a minimum of

5 years' experience

in the field. A seasoned programme manager with a proven track record in

compliance monitoring and data architecture

. A strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive behavioural change. Culturally aware, with experience working across international markets. Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus) and hold a relevant degree or compliance certification.
