We are seeking a Brainboxes Compliance Project Manager to perform the following roles. While it is preferable to have experience in multiple areas, it is not mandatory.

Quality & Environmental Management Representative

Brainboxes is certified to ISO9001 (Quality) and ISO14001 (Environmental). Role will involve Management Representative for the ISO9001/ISO14001 integration within Brainboxes and maintaining the various Quality & Environmental documents and appendices as required throughout the year to maintain our ISO9001/ISO14001 certification.

Health & Safety Representative

Brainboxes is committed to the safety of its premises, employees, customers. We have a series of tasks according to our Compliance Calendar that need to be organised/completed throughout the year.

Additionally to update, create, implement and improve policies and procedures in accordance with current H&S legislation and to direct that the policies and procedures are followed by all employees.

Another important aspect of the role of a Health & Safety Officer is running regular inspections and reflecting their finding in risk assessments, which are used to ensure that any hazards are rectified and risks are at a minimum.

This role also involves liaison with external contractors to facilitate building work to resolve H&S issues.

Accreditations Representative

Brainboxes has several product certifications as part of our offering to customers. This part of the role involves liaison between Brainboxes product development team and external accreditation/test organisations to manage the accreditation of new/existing Brainboxes products.

Additionally dealing with customer enquiries regarding our various approvals, accreditations, certifications, export codes, etc.

Other

As part of Quality and Health & Safety, the Brainboxes Company Handbook needs updating and maintaining as required.

Running small projects, project Management skills a plus.

Attending Daily Morning Team Leaders Huddle and Weekly Team Leaders meeting.

Pay: 26,882.04-36,000.00 per year
