The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Compliance & Quality Analyst to join our growing team, ensuring the seamless processing of data from point of sale through to supplier verification. You will play a pivotal part in the business and will support in identifying and minimising potential risk to DBS and its customers to guarantee satisfaction for the business, clients & stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

Review and verify contractual information and ensure documentation meets internal & regulatory criteria. Liaise with Sales Teams to resolve clerical issues. Maintain thorough and accurate company records. Recognising and highlighting any key quality/ risk issues. Pre/ Post sale auditing (call listening & email reviews). Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure. Liaise with energy suppliers to ensure that contract & customer information is accurate.

What You'll Bring:

Knowledge of the energy sector. Strong stakeholder management skills. Detail oriented with strong multi-tasking ability. Experience within a Quality and/or Compliance team.Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Well organised in a high-pressured sales environment. Computer literate - must be proficient in Excel & comfortable monitoring multiple Outlook mailboxes simultaneously. Flexibility to suit the needs of the business.
