Job Description

We are looking for a Composite Production Technician to join our growing team, working across our car seat and kart seat production lines. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, focused on producing high-performance products using composite materials.

What you'll do

Manufacture and finish composite components for car and kart seats. Work with a range of composite materials and processes (full training provided). Follow detailed production methods with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency. Maintain a safe and organised working environment. Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and production efficiency.
What we're looking for

High attention to detail - able to produce consistently accurate work. Quick learner - keen to pick up new skills and manufacturing techniques. Previous experience in a hands-on, practical environment (e.g. engineering, workshop, manufacturing, automotive, craft, or similar). Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A proactive attitude and pride in producing high-quality results.
