A rewarding position has arisen as a Production Technician within our small but fast growing medical diagnostics manufacturing and distribution company. The successful candidate will be a key member of the team and have the unique opportunity to develop their potential within our organisation.

Responsibilities:

As Production Technician you will work in our fast-paced production department where you will perform laboratory-based reagent production of our range of medical diagnostic reagents. Other work will include calibration of laboratory instruments, ongoing product development and performance studies, auditing/investigatory work, maintaining stock levels of raw materials and laboratory consumables and a member of Quality Management Team.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will be a proactive individual who is an effective team member, with the ability and willingness to work on your own initiative. It is essential that you can deliver accurate results within tight and pressured timescales.

Preferably degree qualified in Biomedical or other Life Science subject.

Quality Awareness and experience preferred. Excellent communication skills Have a positive and can-do attitude to your work and colleagues Ability to accurately record and maintain written and electronic records Full driving licence Awareness of Health and Safety regulations (e.g. CoSSH) Local to Little Bentley (< 45-minute commute)
