Composites Production Support Job (Day Shift).

JOB OVERVIEW:



We are looking for production support workers to join our team and keep our award winning caravan manufacturing department organised and on schedule.



Working as part of a team you will be responsible for loading up all relevant products to feed the trimming department whilst making sure to follow instructions at all times to keep the shop on schedule. Being punctual, reliable and trustworthy is something we take great pride in here at Swift.



You will need to be energetic, professional and a good communicator at all times, you will need to understand and carry out instructions in a timely manner.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



General housekeeping duties. Use of hand tools. Identify laminating defects. Basic housekeeping duties. Correct use of PPE. Be accountable for your own work.


REQUIRED KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:



Must be reliable and punctual as part of team working Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks Good team player and excellent communicator An understanding of Composites is an advantage but training will be given Understanding of quality processes are an advantage but training will be given Be willing to listen and learn to excel in this role Ability to follow Safe System of work Good work ethic and a safety first attitude


All training will be given in the role and various other training will be available for the right candidates.
