Walton-on-Thames

, opening in just a few days. Our space features six reformers, offering an intimate and personalized environment where every client receives the attention they deserve.

We're looking for a

Comprehensive Pilates Instructor

to join our team from the very beginning. This is a great opportunity to be part of building something new -- a space dedicated to helping individuals connect with their bodies, improve strength and flexibility, and feel truly supported in their wellness journey.

Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, experienced, and ready to inspire our clients through engaging and effective classes. You'll be responsible for leading group and private sessions, ensuring a safe and positive experience for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct high-quality Reformer Pilates sessions for individuals and groups. Provide modifications and adaptations to meet the needs of clients at all levels. Create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all participants. Demonstrate proper techniques and ensure safety during classes. Maintain an organized and clean studio environment. Assist in promoting studio events and special programs. Engage with clients to foster a sense of community and encourage feedback.

Qualifications:

Certified Pilates instructor with a focus on Reformer training. Previous teaching experience is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about health and wellness, with a commitment to client success. Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and evenings.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
