Job Summary

We are seeking a a knowledgeable and caring Pilates Instructor to take on an established Wednesday evening shift (one mat class followed by two reformer classes). There are also opportunities to teach 1:1 and 2:1 sessions before the classes, with the possibility of adding additional shifts in the future.

Duties

Deliver engaging and effective mat and reformer classes for individuals and groups across a range of experience levels. Demonstrate precise technique and safe modifications, ensuring each client performs exercises safely. Provide clear, mindful instruction and constructive feedback, to deepen participants' understanding of movement and body awareness. Maintain a professional, clean and well-organised studio environment, ensuring all equipment is properly set up and maintained. Commit to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

Pilates qualification from a reputable school. A solid understanding of movement science. Clear, confident and encouraging communication. A genuine interest in client wellbeing and progression. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as required.
