We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for our clients' equipment and systems. Duties



Conduct on-site inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of client equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Install, commission, and test new systems or machinery at client locations. Provide technical support and training to clients on the operation and maintenance of equipment. Troubleshoot technical issues remotely or on-site, offering effective solutions promptly. Maintain detailed service reports, logs, and documentation for all activities performed. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all service activities. Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and service procedures to improve efficiency.

Skills



Proven experience as a Service Engineer or similar technical role within an engineering environment. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems relevant to our products. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues accurately under pressure. Good communication skills, capable of explaining technical information clearly to clients and team members. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, software applications, and relevant technical equipment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting. Flexibility to travel frequently for on-site service visits across various locations. A recognised engineering qualification or equivalent experience is preferred.
