About you

You will have PC hardware and operating systems integration knowledge to assemble computers at our facility in Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire.

You will be able to demonstrate technical ability having previously worked with technology or have a keen interest in learning / assembling computers with varying complexities.

Finally, you will have a positive and friendly attitude to be able to work closely with a small, experienced team and be dedicated to the continued success of our growing business.

Experience and Qualification

Able to demonstrate technical ability Previous production/assembly work experience Experience in assembling computers is advantageous IT Qualifications would be desirable to your application but are not essential

The Role

Building, testing and integration of computer hardware Restoring and configuring computer operating systems (i.e., Linux). Following work instructions and ensuring all works orders paperwork is completed and signed off. Responsible for cleaning and tidying the workshop environment. Always adhering to ESD and H&S requirements. Working autonomously on a variety of tasks with a lot of self-responsibility to adhere to customer specifications. Day shift - Monday to Thursday, 9am - 5:30pm and Friday, 9am - 4.30pm. Please note that your job title will be Production Technician.
Exciting times are ahead as we continue to expand our teams. Project size and workload is increasing and we are at planning stage for an upcoming expansion of our workshop.
