A well-regarded secondary school in Northumberland is seeking a Computer Science / Computing Teacher to join its department. The role includes teaching across KS3 and KS4, with KS5 opportunities available for experienced candidates.
The school is looking for a teacher who can deliver engaging, knowledge-rich lessons covering programming, algorithms, data representation and cybersecurity fundamentals, while preparing pupils effectively for GCSE and A-Level assessments.

Key responsibilities
Deliver high-quality Computing lessons across KS3 and KS4
Teach programming (e.g. Python) and core theoretical concepts
Prepare pupils effectively for GCSE (and A-Level where applicable)
Use assessment data to track and improve progress
The ideal candidate
QTS (or equivalent)
Experience teaching Computer Science at secondary level
Strong subject knowledge in programming and theory
Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
