Job Title: Computer Science (CS) Teacher
Location: Sheffield (S35)
Pay rate: Upto 220 per day (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day/Long-term, Part-time/Full-time

GSL Education are working in partnership with schools in Sheffield (S35) to appoint a dedicated Computer Science Teacher who can deliver engaging and relevant lessons.
As a Computer Science (CS) Teacher, you will deliver clear lessons in coding and digital literacy, fostering logical thinking and an inclusive classroom where every learner feels supported.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the computing curriculum.
• Support students in developing coding, analytical, and digital skills.
• Maintain a focused classroom using effective behaviour management strategies.
• Assess progress and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support curriculum delivery.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience working as a Computer Science Teacher in a school setting.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
