Why Join Us?
As part of a small, close-knit team, your input makes a real difference.
You'll work directly with the company directors, who are hands-on in the day-to-day running of the business and will support your ongoing development.
We reward great communication, reliability, and positive customer feedback every month.
About the Role
You should have solid experience with computer repair, diagnostics, and general troubleshooting, both in-store and on-site. This includes hardware faults, software issues, and network or connectivity problems such as Wi-Fi, printer, and broadband setup -- helping customers get their systems running smoothly in their homes or workplaces.
We aren't just looking for "computer geeks" though -- communication is just as important as technical skill. You'll need to interact confidently with customers of all ages, clearly explain problems and solutions in plain English, and help them understand the value of the service we provide.
You should also have the confidence to recommend and up-sell appropriate long-term solutions, ensuring the customer gets the right outcome while supporting the growth of the business.
This is not a role where you can sit back when customers are present; every visitor should be greeted promptly and treated with respect. Professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail are key - without our customers, there is no business.
If you enjoy solving problems, helping people, and delivering high-quality technical work both in-store and on-site, we'd love to hear from you.
