A well-established secondary school in Hastings is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic
Computing Teacher
to join their faculty. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality computing lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, ensuring students develop essential skills and achieve strong academic outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging computing lessons in line with the school curriculum. Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback. Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment. Contribute to departmental initiatives and extracurricular computing activities.
Requirements:
QTS preferred but not essential.
Experience teaching secondary school computing is desirable. CurrentDBS on the Update Service
or willingness to obtain one. Up-to-datesafeguarding training
or commitment to complete it. Strong organisational and classroom management skills. Ability to motivate and challenge students to achieve their best.Benefits:
