What You'll Be Doing

Build, lead, and coach a fashion-forward, high-performing retail team Champion a next-level customer experience through personal styling and warm, thoughtful service Own the look and feel of the store through creative visual merchandising and trend-driven displays Manage day-to-day operations including inventory, reporting, rotas, and performance tracking Turn first-time visitors into loyal customers and passionate community members Infuse the store with energy, precision, and a genuine love for what you do
