Summary

As a Concession Manager at Charbonnel et Walker at Selfridges, you will oversee the operations of our retail concession, ensuring that our high standards of service and product quality are consistently met. This role is pivotal in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction within our luxury chocolate retail environment.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the retail concession to ensure efficiency and profitability. Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. Implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and enhance brand presence. Maintain high standards of product presentation and store cleanliness. Execute high visual merchandising effectiveness and sales strategy. Conduct regular training sessions for staff to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. Monitor inventory levels and stock control, as well as ordering stock and monitoring stock wastage. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction. Communicating effectively with all team members, customers and internal management. Compliance with Health & Safety legislation within Selfridges.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury gifting market. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Organizational skills with attention to detail in managing store operations. Sales management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent time management.
