As a Concessions Talent Coordinator you will support the Concessions Partners with the onboarding and offboarding activity and high volume Concessions requests, ensuring a positive experience at all stages throughout the Harrods recruitment process. You will uphold the onboarding and offboarding compliance standards in Workday.

About you

We are looking for a friendly and organised individual who has the ability to multitask and achieve results and deadlines. You will be self-motivated, proactive and able to apply initiative to work independently as well as contribute to the effectiveness Harrods Resourcing and the wider HR Team.


Further to this, you will have solid experience in administration, including Microsoft excel, and strong attention to detail also. You will always act with initiative, confidence, conviction, good manners, determination, and care, all in the pursuit of excellence, making sure you are always delivering the art of the possible.


Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, in our Hammersmith office depending on business needs.
