We're looking for an

HR & Talent Coordinator

based onsite to join our team and play a key role in supporting our people function with a strong focus on recruitment, but also touching on onboarding, learning & development, employee relations and general HR support.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the action, helping to create a great experience for both candidates and employees.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting hiring managers with end-to-end recruitment processes Posting job adverts, screening applications and coordinating interviews Ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new starters Maintaining accurate HR records and systems Supporting L&D activities and training logistics Assisting with employee lifecycle processes and documentation Being a go-to point of contact for general HR queries Pitching in on employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives

What we're looking for:

Some experience in recruitment, HR, or a similar support role Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail A confident communicator who enjoys working with people Discretion, reliability, and a good sense of humour A proactive mindset -- you'll spot what needs doing and get stuck in
