Job Description

The Concierge Assistant is the very first member of staff that residents and their guests meet upon arrival at Park Modern. You will be responsible for welcoming and assisting residents and their guests at Park Modern, as well as parking/retrieving residents' cars. You must do this with the highest level of efficiency and competence, while building a professional rapport with the residents. You will also prioritise the safety and security requirements of the building, its residents, and guests, being alert to any potential security risks.

The Candidate

Greet everyone with a professional and sincere warm welcome, ensure a seamless transition into the reception. Maintain impeccable standards of welcoming service, holding doors for guests, assisting with their luggage, calling for taxis and assisting with directions. Deliver and retrieve resident cars from the car park and drive to the front entrance upon requests. Ensure all resident car keys are stored safely in the relevant safe or dropped back to their apartment if required. Deliver unparalleled level of service in an intuitive and bespoke manner and be an ambassador for Park Modern. Take & provide residents and guests with umbrellas. Answer questions & assist clients with reasonable requests. Ensure all residents receive fast, efficient, and friendly service. Ability to communicate high end quality service and deliver bespoke service. Ability to work independently as well as to build and develop positive working relationships with residents and the team. Maintain the cleanliness of the entrance, ensuring it is kept neat and tidy at all times. Work alongside the concierge team and ensure constant updates on the residents and estate are communicated to ensure smooth running of the daily operations. Assist with incoming and outgoing deliveries and directing arrivals where necessary. Follow the Valet Parking procedures at all times. Being alert and aware, with security of the building being a constant consideration and alerting the team of any suspicious activity.

Requirements

Fluent in English. Strong communication and customer service skills. Must be assertive, show initiative and have a very keen eye for detail. Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury fast paced environment. Previous experience in a security trained role. Attentive and proactive. Passionate about delivering service excellence. Full clean UK driving license minimum 3 years. Service driven, understand the importance of going the 'extra mile'. Experience dealing with UHNWIs. Good knowledge of the central London area and surrounding local area. Wear correct uniform at all times and maintain impeccable standards of appearance, personal hygiene, behaviour and discipline. Eligible to work in the UK.
