Concierge Officer

Salary:

24,633 - 26,560 (+ 10% Shift Allowance)

Hours:

37 hours per week

Rotational basis, Monday through to Sunday, with a requirement to work weekends and bank holidays - shift pattern 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm

Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity to join us in the role of Concierge Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

Be responsible for ensuring customers live in a clean, safe and secure environment. Provide a visible, welcoming and supportive presence to Customers. Contribute to organisational priorities, including the reporting of ASB and supporting internal and external partners on flatted estates. Support the monitoring and cleaning of communal areas. Conduct building and fire safety checks.
