Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team with Gill Civil Engineering. In this role, you will be responsible for finishing concrete surfaces to the highest standards, contributing to our mission of delivering quality in demanding environments. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects across the U.K.

Responsibilities

Prepare and finish concrete surfaces according to specifications. Use hand tools and power tools effectively to achieve desired finishes. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing tasks. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time. Inspect finished work for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments. Assist in the setup of forms and other structures as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role. Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques and tools. Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions. Familiarity with safety protocols in construction environments. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. CSCS Card
