Concrete Labour / Concrete Production Operative / Production Operative

Join our team as a Concrete Labourer / Concrete Production Operative / Production Operative and contribute to building strong foundations for future projects!

Duties

Assist in the preparation of concrete mixes according to specifications. Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Pour, spread, and level concrete using hand tools and machinery. Setting up and cleaning down concrete pumps Laying and finishing concrete Equipment maintenance Finish surfaces of poured concrete using various techniques to achieve desired textures and finishes. Clean-up work sites by removing debris and ensuring all tools are stored properly. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to high standards. Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

Experience in concrete work or general labor in construction is preferred. Proficient in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous. Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions accurately. Strong commitment to safety practices on job sites.
