Job Overview

:

We are expanding and seeking several

Concrete Repair Operatives/Supervisors

. This is an exciting opportunity for skilled operatives or Supervisors with a strong background in

concrete

structural repairs

and, ideally, some experience with

Carbon Fibre materials

(not essential)

The role will involve some

nationwide travel

, so candidates must be flexible and willing to work away from home for extended periods. This is a fantastic time to join a company that is growing within a

Key Responsibilities

:

Site Inspections and Repairs

: Visit sites across the

UK, and soon to be Europe, and the Middle East

to inspect and assess structural works, including major retrofits and repairs.

Concrete and Carbon Fibre Repairs

: Carry out

specialist concrete repairs

using

Carbon Fibre

technology to enhance and strengthen structures.

Documentation

: Record site information, including photographs, inspection details, and completed repairs, within the company's system for future reference.

Health & Safety

: Work closely with the

Operations Manager & Coordinator

to ensure

Health & Safety

standards are strictly followed at all times.

Key Requirements

:

Concrete Repair Expertise

: Strong experience in

structural concrete repairs

and project work.

Carbon Fibre Technology

: Experience with

Carbon Fibre

materials is desirable but not essential.

Experience

: Previous experience working on-site.

Health & Safety Knowledge

: A thorough understanding of

Health & Safety

implementation and compliance on construction sites.

Communication

: Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

Driving License

: A clean

UK driving licence

is required.

CSCS Card

: A valid

CSCS Card

is essential
