Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and reliable Factory Workers to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, for the summer season. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food production processes and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety. This role involves operating machinery, adhering to safety protocols, and ensuring the quality of products meets company standards.

Duties

Operate production machinery and equipment efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines. Monitor the production process and conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area in accordance with HACCP regulations. Assist in the preparation and packaging of food products, ensuring accuracy in measurements and adherence to specifications. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain workflow efficiency. Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly for resolution.

Requirements

Previous experience in food production or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices, including HACCP principles, is highly desirable. Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment operation and troubleshooting. Proficient in basic maths for accurate measurement and calculations during production processes. Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment. A commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 11.44-13.93 per hour

Expected hours: 37 - 40 per week
