We're now looking for a driven Nightshift Confectionery Manager to oversee our dedicated night shift team and ensure production quality remains second to none.

Responsibilities:

Lead the nightshift confectionery team, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality production. Follow and enforce recipes with absolute accuracy for consistent taste, texture, and presentation. Manage inventory, avoid shortages, and coordinate with the other departments for seamless handovers. Champion hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety protocols at every step. Maintain rigorous quality control standards and proactively solve production challenges. Train, mentor, and inspire a collaborative, high-performing team. Handle shift documentation, staffing rotas, holidays, and performance reviews with precision.

Skills, knowledge, and experience:

Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example style. An eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards in every product. A calm, solutions-focused mindset with the agility to adapt to a fast-paced environment. A basic understanding of machinery and a proactive approach to safety and compliance. Experience in a food manufacturing or bakery/confectionery setting is desirable.
