You'll be the go-to person for ensuring events run smoothly and meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces (conference rooms, banquet halls, etc.)
Welcome and assist guests and clients throughout the event
Coordinate with internal departments (kitchen, housekeeping, technical support) to ensure seamless service
Support the Events Manager in organizing logistics such as room layouts, catering
Maintain cleanliness and order of event areas before, during, and after events
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience
in a hospitality role (hotel, restaurant, or similar environment)
English speaking
is essential
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Skills (not required):
Experience in event setup or banqueting services
Knowledge of basic AV equipment
Detail-oriented and well-organized with the ability to multitask
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
