Ipswich Town Football Club are looking for a Conference & Events Coordinator to join our busy Venue Team.
The purpose of the role is to pro-actively co-ordinate non match day events, including but not limited to conferences, meetings, seminars, exhibitions, parties, Christmas functions, networking events along with internal functions and the ITFC calendar of events. You will establish, develop, promote and sell ITFC events and to increase the brand awareness and market share.
You will actively strengthen and reinforce relationships with seasonal clients, this will involve keeping regular contact and acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
You will be required to work matchdays, and annual leave will have to be taken around the business needs.
