We're looking for a driven individual to join our growing Production team. What is Conference Production?

Conference production sits at the heart of our business. As a Producer, you'll be responsible for identifying the key challenges and trends facing your industry (market research), creating compelling agendas, and recruiting top-level speakers. You'll combine deep research with stakeholder engagement to design conferences that inform, inspire, and drive change.

What You'll Do

From day one, you'll be conducting high-level research with industry leaders, building valuable international relationships, and designing new conference agendas. You'll take ownership of your projects and work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure commercial success.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting phone-based research to identify the most pressing industry challenges Designing innovative and commercially viable conference agendas Recruiting and influencing senior-level speakers from across the globe Briefing internal teams to support event marketing, delegate acquisition, and sponsorship sales Managing timelines and coordinating project delivery across departments Attending and running your conferences internationally, with full ownership of the onsite experience
