About the Role
As a Conference Producer, you'll research emerging trends, identify key topics, and build strong relationships with senior industry figures to deliver commercially successful B2B events. You will:

• Conduct in-depth research to identify key trends and topics
• Develop engaging conference agendas and recruit high-level speakers
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure event success
• Build and maintain relationships with senior industry contacts
• Manage project timelines

Who You Are

• 1-2 years of commercial conference production experience
• Strong research, communication, and writing skills
• Commercially minded with an interest in global business and industry trends
• Confident engaging senior professionals and thought leaders
• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive with a creative mindset
