Conference Producer - USA & European Finance Conferences
Central London (Hybrid Working) + Travel
Salary 30K + up to 5K Bonus + Benefits

About the Role
As a Conference Producer, you'll support the production of our finance conferences, learning the ropes from a team of experienced producers while contributing to the creation of compelling, insightful content. You'll conduct research, help develop conference agendas, and assist in engaging senior-level speakers. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build your industry knowledge, and grow into a fully-fledged Conference Producer role.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct desk research on industries and market trends.
• Write and develop conference agendas.
• Support speaker outreach and communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure events run smoothly.
• Help build relationships with industry contacts and grow sector knowledge.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Degree educated and with an excellent academic record.
• 6-12 months business-based work experience, ideally in conference production or similar.
• Strong research, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Clear, confident written and spoken communication. Confident talking with senior professionals over the phone, in meetings and at events.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to learn from a supportive team.
• Interest in finance, business, or related B2B sectors is a plus.
