The Opportunity



Key Responsibilities:



Supporting the team in carrying out conflicts searches and analysis on low risk matters under supervision. Creation and maintenance of information barriers. Assisting with confidential partner lateral hiring searches. Creating, reviewing and maintaining on-line resources. Ad hoc administrative and research tasks. Bulk data management, especially in regard to class action and bankruptcy matters. Supporting and participating in discrete projects as requested (e.g. assisting in the response to Business Development requests). Ad hoc duties as required.

Qualifications / Skills / Experience



Law degree. LPC/similar desirable. Ideally demonstrable paralegal experience, with a preference for experience in a City practice. Excellent interpersonal skills - the person will liaise with both lawyers and business services groups, in each case at all levels of seniority and from all offices. Organisation and communication skills.
