The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Admin Support to join our team in our Nazeing office.
This is an idea role for someone who has some experience within the construction industry, particularly customer care, building maintenance and repairs and/or Insurance claims.
In this pivotal role, you will support our operations by managing administrative tasks that contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Although this role is expected to be part-time over 5 days, we would be happy to discuss schedule with flexibility for the right person.
Responsibilities
Part-time Office based and will involve the following
Provide administrative support to the team with day to day requests
Answering the phone
Managing admin emails
Handle data entry tasks accurately and promptly
Maintain office and yard stock supplies, inventory and order as needed
Gaining quotes and placing orders from sub contractors and suppliers
General office admin such as typing up quotes and invoices
Organise and maintain files, documents, and digital photos efficiently.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) ESSENTIAL
Experience in dealing with clients and suppliers
Good customer service skills
A proactive and problem-solving mindset
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with construction industry is a plus, but not essential.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
