As a

DLO Admin Support

, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth coordination of activities within our Direct Labour Organisation (DLO). From managing apprentice records and supporting HR processes, to arranging logistics and acting as a key point of contact for operational teams, your contribution will keep the DLO running efficiently. You'll support site operations through strong organisation, clear communication, and effective stakeholder engagement, all while upholding high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

What you'll be doing



Main responsibilities will be:




Provide day-to-day administrative support to the DLO, ensuring records and operational data are accurate and up to date. Maintain and update apprentice information within HR systems, supporting career development and compliance requirements. Manage accommodation and travel bookings, ensuring arrangements are cost-effective and meet operational needs. Coordinate and schedule meetings for site teams, preparing agendas and supporting documentation as required. Complete plant sheets and operational records to support site activities. Act as the first point of contact for apprentice-related queries, liaising with training providers, HR teams, and site managers. Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline administrative processes. Uphold high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing, actively promoting a Safer Every Day*



Who we're looking for



We're looking for a proactive and organised administrator with excellent interpersonal skills.



You will ideally have:


Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within a construction, operational, or facilities environment. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively. Excellent communication skills, confident in dealing with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, and experience in supporting apprentices or junior team members would be advantageous.
