We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to kick-start their career in construction through an apprenticeship in Plymouth.
Available trades:
Bricklaying Groundworks Roofing (various pathways) Property Maintenance Plastering Interior Systems (Drylining)
Gain real work experience, earn while you learn, and work towards a qualification in your chosen trade.
What You'll Need
A positive attitude and willingness to learn Good timekeeping and reliability Teamwork and communication skills Able to handle physical work

Initial Contact:
Our team will call to discuss your application and book you onto a 3-day pre-assessment.Pre-Assessment:
You'll take part in sessions assessing your employability skills, attitude, and suitability for construction work.Candidate Pool:
If you pass, you'll join our pool of available candidates. We'll then work with you to arrange a work trial with an employer.Work Trial:
A successful trial will lead to an induction with Greenlight and enrolment onto your apprenticeship in your chosen trade.Make sure to answer or call back when we contact you to move forward with your application.
