Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This position requires a strong commitment to customer service, as you will be interacting with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our cleaning services.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned to a high standard, including floors, windows, and furniture. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms and kitchen areas, ensuring supplies are stocked. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs. Follow established health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. A proactive attitude with the drive to complete tasks efficiently and thoroughly. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
