Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and reliable
construction cleaners
to carry outbuilders cleans and sparkle cleans
on newly built homes. You'll play a key role in preparing properties for handover to clients, ensuring they meet the highest standards.Key Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of new build homes, removing dust, debris, and construction residue. Complete sparkle cleans for a showroom-ready finish. Follow site health and safety guidelines. Work efficiently to meet deadlines.
Requirements
Previous experience in construction or after-build cleaning preferred.
Owner-driver with own transport highly desirable.
CSCS cardrecommended
or willingness to work towards obtaining one. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and reliability.Benefits
