Role Overview

As a Residential Construction Cleaner, you'll work on housing and residential developments to ensure plots and communal areas are cleaned and ready for the next build stage or handover. This role suits someone who takes pride in detail, works well in a team, and can follow site instructions.

Key Responsibilities

Completing

build cleans, deep cleans, sparkle cleans and re-cleans

on residential sites Cleaning internal areas including: Floors, walls, surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms and living spaces Communal areas, stairwells, corridors and entrances Internal and external windows, frames, doors, skirting boards, stairs Removing dust, debris, labels/stickers, protective coverings and builders' residue safely Using cleaning products and equipment correctly and safely Following all site rules and health & safety guidance

Clear communication

with supervisors/site contacts to confirm priorities and standards Working independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines and site expectations
What We're Looking For

Reliable, punctual and able to maintain high cleaning standards Comfortable working on active residential building sites Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic Ability to travel to sites across

Hereford / Coleford / surrounding areas

Clear communication

and willingness to follow instructions Flexible availability (early starts may be required)
