M.C.M Cleaning Solutions Ltd are award-winning specialists in construction and new build cleaning. We work with major contractors across Scotland to deliver builders' cleans, re-cleans, sparkle/final cleans, and specialist services to the highest industry standards.

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated

Construction Cleaning Manager

to oversee our expanding portfolio of projects. You will be responsible for managing teams on multiple construction sites, ensuring health & safety compliance, and delivering outstanding quality to our clients.

Responsibilities include:

Managing daily site operations across multiple cleaning projects. Leading, supporting, and training supervisors and cleaners. Conducting site visits, audits, toolbox talks, and quality checks. Preparing and maintaining RAMS and compliance documentation. Liaising with site managers, QS teams, and contractors. Monitoring labour hours, timesheets, and project costs. Reporting progress to senior management.

Requirements:

Proven experience in construction site management, facilities management, or specialist cleaning supervision. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of H&S regulations, RAMS, and compliance standards. Full UK driving licence (travel required). CSCS card (supervisor/manager level preferred). SSSTS/SMSTS qualification desirable.
