As a Construction Site Manager at H&S Construction, you will oversee all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Project Coordination:
Manage daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and lead construction teams, assigning tasks and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Quality Control:
Monitor construction processes and materials to ensure quality standards are met, addressing any issues promptly.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
Problem Solving:
Identify potential challenges and devise effective solutions to keep projects on track.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of project progress, budgets, and safety reports, preparing regular reports for upper management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in construction management, with a strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
