We are currently looking for a Contracts Manager to join our construction team.
Key responsibilities will be running the construction team at various sites undertaking plumbing, pool equipment, tiling and electrical works.
Responsibility for H&S for the construction team, to include preparation of RAMS.
Liaising with Main Contractors for the programming in our works on construction sites.
Attending to existing swimming pools to formulate schedule of works & quotation to refurbish the swimming pools to client requirements.
Setting out lines/beads/battens for rendering/tiling - wet trades etc
Whilst there will be an amount of office-based work, the majority of your time will be spent on site supervising, setting out and assisting with installations. Some of this will involve manual work, i.e. delivering heat pumps to site and removal of redundant equipment
