Construction Contracts Manager

Job Description
N&T Civils Ltd are actively searching for a Contracts Manager, who must be experienced in Groundworks. This will be to work on various sites across the North East.
Main duties to include but not limited to:
Co-ordinating and managing day to day operations on site Checking that materials, plant, equipment and labour on site meet with contract and programme requirements Monitor work of sub-contractors to ensure a high standard of work is being produced Monitor performance against the program Promote a positive culture towards the health and safety of all aspects of the site Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, colleagues and subcontractors on each contract Attend progress meetings as and when required Report directly to the Operations Manager with regards to the performance of the contracts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Schedule:
Day shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekend availability
Experience:
contract management: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location: In person
