Job Description

The Role:


As the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for developing relationships with clients, overseeing projects from start to finish and managing the programs across projects.

Key Responsibilities



Lead the preparation, negotiation, and management of construction contracts from pre-construction through project closeout. Ensure contract compliance, risk mitigation, and adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Provide commercial support to project managers, site teams, and senior leadership. Manage contract variations, claims, and change orders efficiently and accurately. Review project budgets, track financial performance, and support cost-control measures. Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Site visits to check programs, schedule and safety are being adhered to.

About You



Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction industry. Strong understanding of contract forms. Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Confident analysing complex documentation and identifying commercial risks. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment. Relevant qualifications in construction, quantity surveying or similar (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00-62,000.00 per year
