The Job Mission
This role supports delivery of Heat?Sink works within a project section, liaising across logistics, planning and client teams. You'll cover tactical and detailed logistics planning to support strategic delivery. Deliver against authorities' obligations and ensure robust stakeholder liaison.
Coordinate contract?partner delivery of heat?sink packages site?wide
Mitigate safety or quality issues, issuing communications or meetings as required
Monitor site works and produce daily construction reports for SCDM escalation
Liaise proactively with H&S, contract, controls and logistics teams on?site
Attend PLOD/PLOW meetings and distribute outputs to Senior Construction Delivery Manager
Conduct safety and assurance inspections supporting project HSPI standards
Ensure two?way communication of activity and issues with SCDM
Plan and implement detailed logistics in collaboration with site?wide logistics team
Qualifications
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
Strong knowledge of rotating equipment design for Heat?Sink operations
Construction sequencing, recovery?plan and resource allocation experience
Skilled report writing: concise, informative, meaningful reporting
Exceptional organisation, communication and stakeholder management skills
SMSTS or IOSH qualification possessed

Desired Skills
Experience working in highly regulated environments
Understanding of CDM Regulations and post?holder obligations
Qualification in Construction Project Management
Experience with large-scale HVAC or thermal fluid systems
Background in pumps, valves, or heat exchanger installations
