With depots in Avonmouth, Cardiff, Gloucester, Stonehouse and Tewkesbury we operate predominately across the South-West of England. We specialise in Construction, Waste Management, Plant Hire, Demolition and Transport operations.



We are seeking an experienced Groundworks Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Construction Estimator (minimum 3 years) and strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.

Responsibilities for the job role:

Tender figures for various construction projects Analyse tender information Carry out site visits to price works To liaise with clients in relation to job specification and requirements Obtain sub-contract figures to integrate within our tenders Monitor plant, material and disposal costs to ensure accurate estimating. Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analysing information. Risk identification Investigate value engineering options Propose and promote alternative materials, goods, etc. to ensure best prices Update and manage the Company's Computer Estimating Package Liaise with the commercial team throughout a project life on site and review historical cost information Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
