Shirley Parsons are working on an exciting opportunity which has arisen for a Health and Safety Consultant to join an elite Construction Consultancy in their Construction Design Management (CDM 2015) department in London.
The Health and Safety Consultant will be responsible for:
- Carry out compliance checks with client as named Principal Designer
- Review designs ensuring CDM compliance and applying the principles of prevention
- Approving Construction Phase Health & Safety Plans
- Carry out Site Safety Inspections / CDM Audits
- Provide construction and workplace health and safety advice to client
- Assist clients in the role of CDM Advisor
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate and/or NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent
- NEBOSH Diploma Level 6, NVQ 4/5 in Occupational Safety and Health, or equivalent (or working towards)
- IOSH / APS / RIBA Membership
- UK Construction / Civils / Engineering Experience
