My client is seeking a Knowledge Lawyer with at least four years' PQE to join a leading Construction and Engineering team on a 4 day per week basis. The role focuses on training, know-how development, precedent management, and legal updates, offering the chance to work on high-profile projects within a collaborative, partner-led environment.
Key responsibilities include:

• Education & Training: Planning and delivering construction training programmes; supporting internal education at trainee and departmental level.
• Legislative & Case Law Updates: Monitoring and briefing the team on legal developments.
• Internal Counsel Support: Assisting fee earners with know-how, precedents, and departmental initiatives.
• Precedent Management: Drafting and updating standard forms, guidance notes, and supporting automation projects.

The CandidateThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Knowledge Lawyer or an Associate seeking to transition into a knowledge role.
Essential skills:

• Qualified lawyer with minimum four years' PQE in non-contentious construction law.
• Previous knowledge lawyer experience or strong interest in moving into this area.
• Strong academic background (2:1 degree or above) and sound understanding of property/construction law.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to produce high-quality work under pressure.
• Commitment to delivering expert technical support in a practical, commercial context.
