Construction Labourer

Position Overview:
T A Knox, a family-run dynamic and innovative interior fit-out company, is looking for a Construction Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the successful execution of interior fit-out projects by assisting with various construction tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment at the construction site.
- Perform general construction tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
- Operate hand and power tools under the guidance of skilled workers.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Aid in setting up and dismantling temporary structures as required.
- Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and supervisors for task completion.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or related field preferred but not mandatory.
- Capable of performing physical tasks and lifting heavy objects regularly.
- Willingness to work in diverse weather conditions and environments.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is advantageous.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to follow instructions and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
