Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Duties

Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites before, during, and after construction activities. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents. Support skilled workers in tasks such as framing, drywall installation, plumbing, or electrical work as required. Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met.

Experience

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; we welcome entry-level candidates willing to learn. Familiarity with basic construction tools and safety practices is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team is essential. Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods. A valid driver's license must be held for transportation to job sites.

Pay: 75.00-100.00 per day

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
