Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking

Labourer

to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in the construction process by supporting site operations and assisting skilled tradespeople. Your contribution will directly support our commitment to delivering exceptional homes that make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate reliability by consistently showing up on time and completing assigned tasks Assist with various construction tasks, including site preparation and clean-up Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Load, unload, and move materials as required Support skilled tradespeople in their day-to-day activities Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate effectively with team members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Adhere to all site safety standards, procedures, and regulations Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge

Qualifications & Skills

Previous experience in construction or other physically demanding roles preferred Strong teamwork and communication skills Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety Good physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing project needs

Pay: 12.21-16.00 per hour
