Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment on-site
Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organising tools
Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, bricklayers, and electricians in their tasks
Carry out manual labour including digging, lifting, and moving materials safely
Follow health and safety regulations diligently to maintain a secure working environment
Assist with site clean-up and organisation at the end of each working day
Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision as required
Requirements
Prior experience in construction or manual labour is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual tasks throughout the day
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong team player with good communication skills
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site
A valid UK driving licence is preferred
